With the develpoement of internet+,telecommunication industry keeps merging and upgrading with many other areas.High demands from the customers for better connection is pushing communication network towards speeding up,high effiency and real-time.China Mobile,China Unicom and China Telecom are hence facing huge challenges.To win a larger market share,they are making every effort to improve the network quality by keeping expanding and increasing equipments and optimizing lines etc.Therefore,the operators are urging for a complete failure ticketing system to meet the growing requiment of failure treatment,support daily maintenance of equipments,ensure communication quality and enhance professional performance so as to be more competetive in the market.This paper,originated from business requirement and combined with practical projects,develops a failure ticketing system based on U2000 network management,with the help of Eclipse Extensible development platform,Java,MVC and MySQL.Firstly,by thorough analysis of wide-used Huawei Optix i Manager U2000 network management,I did some research on the procedure of failure treatment and work order distribution,based on the results I found out the deficiency of this system and combined with the problem I met in practical work,I designed this system.Furthermore,based on clients' practical needs and the fundamental theory of software engineer and design principle of modularization and structuring,design the main function of each module of the failure ticketing system,clarify the relationship of each function module and data structure.Lastly,coding and UIdesigning each function module and that completes the system development.The main function includes user login,trouble alarm info display and trouble alarm info statistics.Testing on function,system and performance shows that the system works well and steadily,and the performance meets the anticipation.Together with friendly UI and easy operation,the system echoes quickly to faliure to automatically create and distribute work orders.To sum up,this system fully meets the requirements for work order distribution and thus has practical applicaiton value.
