Design And Implementation Of Union Fixed Assets Management System

For a long time, the fixed assets have been an important part of union assets. The more the union fixed assets have, the stronger the union is. With the progress of society,the kind of union is also growing, union organizations also continue to grow and develop, and then the kind of fixed assets become diversification and complicated. How to strengthen the union of fixed assets management, prevent the loss of fixed assets, and preserving the value of fixed assets has become a new problem for the union.With the development of computer technology, the computer has been used in various fields, and brought great convenience to people’s life, in a fixed management system as well. Previously, fixed asset management personnel due to lack of appropriate computer software, this has led to a lot of inconvenience to the work. Use the ideas of software engineering, this paper designs and realizes a union of fixed assets management system, to facilitate the work of fixed assets management work. Function of the system includes the growth of fixed assets, updating of fixed assets, and recipients of fixed assets, return of fixed assets and statistical analysis, and this basically can satisfy the unions for the daily management of fixed assets.(1) This paper describes the research background and significance of the research,and puts forward the necessity of the use of information technology to manage the trade union assets. Then the paper expatiates the research situation at home and abroad, and understanding the development situation at home and abroad of the system. The thesis and the research route are described at last.(2) Learn the key techniques used in the development, including.NET development platform, Visual Studio 2005 development tools, C# language and SQL Server 2005 database.(3) The requirement analysis is been did in this paper, mainly includes the necessity analysis, technical feasibility, operation feasibility and economic feasibility,and the development environment of the system are introduced.(4) Design the fixed assets management system, including the general design and detailed design. The general design includes the system architecture design, process design and module design. In the detailed, the system module are been designed, system module includes the basic information management of assets, the staff basic informationmanagement, fixed assets management, data maintenance management, system maintenance management. The database and the system function design are also in the detailed design.(5) The system is implemented and tested in the paper, mainly introduces the realization process of the system, including login function, rights management and other functions. Finally, this paper carried out a detailed test to the whole system.
