The Research On Infrared On-line Monitoring System Of High Voltage Distribution Equipment

Electric power equipment is an important component of the power grid.To ensure the security,stability and continuously running of power grid,avoiding the shutdown for a long time caused by failure,it is necessary for real-time condition monitoring of power equipment.And infrared detection technology is an effective technology method for electrical equipment temperature monitoring.Based on the infrared thermometer and infrared thermal imager the two kinds of infrared temperature measurement device,this paper has carried out research on the key technologies of electric power equipment temperature monitoring.First,this paper set up an on-line monitoring system by infrared thermometer as the core temperature measuring device.System used the combination of point measurement and scanning measurement to achieve real time monitoring for critical points of electrical equipment all-around.Using LabVIEW software compile human-computer interaction interface and control system,it has better monitoring function and continued development capabilities.Through the actual installation test in transformer substation,the system is proved to be stable and real-time monitoring of power distribution equipment can be carried out online.
