Safe operation of electrical power system affects the economy development of a country.The safety and stability of power distribution equipment has been paid more and more attentions.Because of the good performance in aspect of detection range,speed,sensitivity and accuracy,Infrared temperature measure technique is used widely.In this paper,infrared array sensor,MLX90621,is adopted as the core sensor to design the wireless infrared temperature measurement system.With the aid of wireless transfer module,the efficient data collection between the PC and infrared temperature measurement unit is realized.Com assistant is used to test the upload date to PC.In this paper,the main techniques of infrared temperature measurement is summarized and the scheme of temperature measurement and wireless transmission is proposed.The basic contents are analyzed and designed,including temperature measurement unit design,wireless transmission system,and programming.In the temperature collection unit,the selection of infrared sensor and microprocessor,the corresponding circuit design are given.The communication module,nRF24L01,is introduced to extend the function of MLX90621 and realize the reliable communication.The software programming and debugging are completed based on the STM32 microprocessor.The function of data measurement and record is tested and the practicability is analyzed based on the test results.This article uses the above method to solve the practical problems and improve its algorithm.Using differential technology to separate the foreground and the background to get the equipment temperature we want,and then using the characteristics of the sudden change of the temperature of the damaged switchgear,using the S-G filter to deal with the abnormal peak to find the abnormal time and abnormal point,and further accurate switchgear damage Point,the final unified threshold set to judge,to ensure the accuracy of the final result.
