CMOS image sensor has been widely used in many fields along with the development of the semiconductor technology.In the area of space remote sensing and camera applications in aerospace equipments CMOS image sensor also has its space.Due to the influence of the manufacturing process,storage and force majeure factors in the process of transportation,device performance parameters may have some differences or even fail due to the damage.In addition,before eventually installed,CMOS devices need to pass a series of tests,its performance parameter stability before and after the test is also an important selection standard.Therefore the development of CMOS image sensor performance parameter testing system has very important significance for device selection.This paper focuses on developing test system for TCGA8083 model CMOS image sensor made by DALSA company.The research consists of hardware design and software design of the test system.The hardware design includes sensor drive circuit design,the main interface circuit design and auxiliary test circuit design,etc.Software design includes acquisition card configuration,drive library use and MFC programming.The article first lists the main components principle and performance parameters of TCGA8083.Then it introduces the development process of the system from two aspects of hardware design and software design.In the aspects of hardware design this paper puts forward different schemes to test these parameters and takes speed,bandwidth,costs and design complexity in consideration and finally chooses the design scheme based on Cameralink interface protocol.Then,introduce the detailed implementation from Cameralink interface circuit design,the image sensor drive circuit design,light control circuit design,temperature monitoring circuit design respectively.In the aspects of software,this paper mainly introduces from several parts such as the system of acquisition card configuration,drive library use,the structure of the MFC and the test system user interface design.Finally,according to a batch of samples,use the system to complete a series of performance test,gives the final test report,makes a distribution for the important index in the sample piece and provides important data for further samples screening aging and irradiation test.
