It has greatly and widely applied to many domains such as the military, home and space.Visual positioning methods are in recent years grown up in advanced positioning methods. "Visual" mean not only for light signal, including the acquisition of visual information, the transmission, processing, storage and understanding of the whole process. Signal processing theory with your computer, to use the camera gets environmental image and converted to digital computer, with visual information processing of the whole process. Visual processing of research is a computer via a picture or more picture understanding surrounding environment information. The ability to make robots can be perceived in a body of information, shape, location, gesture, motion, and for them to be described, storage, recognition and understanding. According to statistics, humans accept 80% more information from the visual, and also to the mobile robot, using visual sensor for environmental information. there are many The computer image processing and technology and the rapid development of digital image processing equipment performance than the price increase, and microwave, the laser, Sonar and technology have been detected by visual signals scope, objectives, information is complete, the cost is low and knowledge to advantage, such as computer system in visual navigation in the use of mobile robot Real-time collected from sensors, intelligence analysis of the external environment, the path of information, the direction of control and regulation and control the speed car system the main features of the design, which covers machines, electronics, a car, automatically control, computers, sensing technology and so today, as a new comprehensive technology, widely applied to the factory of the material, such as a venue Truck technology, having good application prospect. It can also be applied to complex and poor working conditions, is part of the logistics system handling equipment. This article brings a complete model of visual intelligent car design which follows the black line closely and also describes the process of detail of the design. we present every module of the model at large. The intelligent car system, with single-chip MC9S12DG128 as its information management and sending out control command center, uses image-sensor module based on camera to obtain lane image information, then abstract the black line on the contest lane, and calculates the position difference between the car and the black line, distinguishes the different shape of the lane, then we analyze and deal with the information farther to control the steering angle. We obtain the real time speed by speed sensor, and then we will use increment PID control arithmetic to realize the speed feedback. This article introduces the scheme selection and the circuit design theory of the information collection module which comprises the image collecting module and speed collecting module and action executing module which includes the motor drive module and steer drive module. It also talks of the debug strategy of the system. The experimental evaluation indicates that the model car is able to follow the black line on the lane closely, realize the function that it executes corresponding control strategy toward different shape lane, and accomplishes the whole journey fast and steadily.
