Research On Application Design Based On Service And Design Theory

Since the mid of 20~thh century,the development of service industry has to a large extent altered worldwide economic form.Merged economic form must result in the change of previous basic concepts,thinking,and model design.Besides,the design thinking,service design and global economic form are interrelated.This paper will take the‘new ministrant design'as the research object,A systematic study of target user-crews,actor unions,public actors,to figure out the application and value the ministrant design imposed on film atmosphere and relevant system of film studio users.The whole theory of this paper will be divided into three parts:The first part is the survey of the research on ministrant design.The main purpose is to know the basic theory of service design,the relation of service and service design,and tease interrupting factors of service system,the practical method for the step of service plan,service design and theory.The second part is the survey and research on the relevant factors of service design in the film atmosphere.First,use quantitative or qualitative methods to investigate on various targets.Then,classify acquired data and analyze on relevant factors of act union system.The last thing is to synthesize the characteristics of service system of actor unions,reflect and settle the application and values of product service system in the film studio atmosphere.The main purpose of is to concretely know the target users and relevance of service system and accurately meet the basic demand of users.The third part is process of applying demand distilled by special design approach to guide the design of film studio application.The target customer representative model and related application scenario for the combination of methods to explore the needs of users,according to the new service design model mining related issues,to extract the target user service relationship model diagram;Moreover,through the preliminary investigation,the relevant shareholders are tracked and analyzed on the basis of legal scope,through the process of cognition,interview,questioning,development and completion of different steps.To respectively from the user demands and related contact dissecting quantitative or qualitative analysis,digging the current clients suffering point of each step firmly seize the opportunities that exist in the products and services,to further confirm the medium-term concentrated demand effectiveness,refined product functionality based on user requirements.And designers should extract design task line of early demand,and settle the main function of primitive page and responding pages.Finally,take interactive design and output product prototype,design visual manuscript according to the prototype design.
