Research And Application On Service Robot Interaction Design

With the advent of the era of intelligence and experience economy,service robot interaction design has become a research hotspot.In the process of human-computer interaction and cooperation,it's necessary for service robots to have people's emotions,thinking and actions to meet the needs of social services.The lack of communication between domestic service robot interactive programmers,UI designers and users makes their logical thinking far away from each other.It also leads to the lack of domestic service robot interaction design and poor user experience.Moreover there are still gaps in the research of interaction and design framework model of service robot between China and international advanced level.In this paper,the interaction design of service robots was taken as the research object,and the principles and model building of service robot interaction design were studied.Five types of domestic service robot were selected as research samples on interaction design.Experiments were conducted on research samples to take the comprehensive analysis for the whole process from starting up to finishing the assigned task.Through the in-depth interviews with users,data analysis,variable control,comparative analysis and other methods,user experience data was collected,and user emotion curves were establish.Through the comparative analysis of the sample service robots' emotion curves,the reasons of the users' emotion fluctuation were found.Based on the reasons of users' emotion fluctuation,the interaction process is further decomposed.Variable control was used to study the hierarchical selection and color matching principle of the interactive interface and interaction modeling of the service robot,and finally the interaction-process model of the service robot was constructed.Then the service robot interaction-process model was applied to the interactive design of hotel delivery robot as example verification.The availability and usability of the service robot interaction-process model is confirmed by the comparison of the users' experience before and after using this model,so that the designers could identify users' real requirements accurately and design the products to meet the users' habits and emotional intention enhancing the users' experience.And interactive design concept applied in the design of service robots will beanother new guideline for industrial designers.On the basis of the theory of interactive design,this paper makes the overall interaction and the design more scientific and comfortable and so as to improve the added value and market competitiveness of the service robots.
