The advent of the intelligent era and the intensification of the social labor demand make service robot a new research hotspot,and the popularization of service robots will lead the breakthrough of its interactive design and the change of interactive mode.At present,the service mode of the intelligent service robot for the family is based on the unilateral action of the user,and the service mode of the robot is relatively passive.In the service process,the lack of initiative of the robot will lead to the situation that the robot does not understand the user instructions or receives instructions unclearly,which will affect the user experience.Therefore,is the key to researching the natural and humanized interaction between user and service robot that we should break the status quo of passive service mode.In response to this situation,this study proposes a method that enables service robots to proactively provide users with services.Through the analysis and research of the user's unconscious behavior,the service robot can take the initiative to identify the user's unconscious behavior and obtain the user's needs.Based on the theory of unconscious behavior,this study elaborates the concepts,characteristics,classification causes and the relationship between the user's unconscious behaviors and the needs of the user's unconscious behaviors.By introducing the concept and application of situational awareness and related technologies,this paper analyzes the methods by which service robots acquire general situational information through context-aware technology.On the basis of this method,a method of using context-aware technology to obtain user's unconscious behavior information is proposed.By setting the user's unconscious behavior corresponding to the dismantling action and the corresponding demand,proposed a method for service robots to derive user needs by analyzing the user's unconscious behavior and analyzing the user's unconscious behavior.Through the conversion of user needs and service items,it is possible to realize the active service mode in which a service robot takes the initiative to obtain user needs and provide services to users.Based on the analysis of service items,the functional elements of service robot are established and the design elements are further derived.The interactive design of service robot elements is based on the design elements and their interaction process.Based on the service robot interaction process and interaction design elements,established the corresponding service robot interaction design process.According to the design process,completed the design of home intelligent service robot,and displayed the example of robot fitness scene.The example shows that the method can make the robot take the initiative to identify the user's unconscious behavior and provide users with the corresponding services to improve the service robot's initiative,applicability,reduce non-essential user instructions in the process of interaction,simplify human-computer interaction,enhance user's pleasure and experience.
