First of all, relevant technology are briefly outlined, and then analyzed from the feasibility, non functional and functional aspects, on this basis, design the system from the summary, detailed and database etc. In system implementation section, it carry out by turn of system implementation environment, database realization and the Party school human resource management system realization which based on B/S. Inside, the realization of school human resource management system which based on B/S is mainly divided into employee information management module, administrator management module, department information management module, attendance management module, payroll management module, recruitment and training management module, in order to improve the convenience of system maintenance, also increased the number of code reuse, and then improve work efficiency finally.This preliminary developed system carry on function module, load pressure and security test, and solve all the problem during test finally, till the system achieve the requirements during whole development and application. The test results show that the system with perfect function and stable performance, can meet the basic needs of daily work, and achieve original design goals.
