Design And Implementation Of The Car Multidimensional Aftersales Reporting System

Today's society is in the great development,market and the customer market are all in the repaid changes.In recent years,with the development of national economy and income levels of residents,supply and demand of China's car industry has maintained a rapid growth.Foreign car brands settled and hot selling not only stimulate the economy but also facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.In the changing market environment,companies must strive to become the market dominator,not followers.As a large and has complex business data's enterprise,how to manage and analyze data is a important issue,especially to make the right decision of the next phase.The primary works in this thesis are presented as follows:(1)Complete the primary demand analysis,clear the customers' demand and assess the feasibility of the reporting system.(2)By taking a full consideration to the needs of flexibility,versatility and efficiency,the B/S architecture design principle as the system architecture is determined.The system framework of front and back,system database and basic data warehouse are designed.(3)Complete the system integration to SAP BO platform,and finish the development of multidimensional reports which based on the SAP BO platform.(4)Complete the system test,include black box testing and stress testing.By system testing to improve the system functions and enhances the quality of the system application.This thesis aims to help client company to improve the management level,cut down the cost of collect and manage business data,support to search the reports that have large amounts of data,help client company to provide a basis for prediction,so that the business objectives and the actual implementation can be closer.
