Socialism with Chinese characteristics is the fundamental direction of the development of contemporary China with Chinese cultural construction is an essential prerequisite which can give psychic help to it.The establishment of socialist core values is the key link in the process of cultural construction and the development direction of young people's values determines the future values of the whole country.It follows that it is of great significance to establish the correct values of the young people,especially the socialist core values.In recent years,since We Media has become an influential media in many modes of transmission,it imperceptibly changed the way of people's communication,access to information and so on,all aspects of today's social life has a profound impact on.From We Media user groups in accordance with the age of roughly divided,young people are the largest user groups.In the process of shaping the young people,especially the spread of socialist core values,the media has become an important channel.Since We Media as young people are willing to use,and has an important influence on the media,will help promote the spread of socialist core values in youth.However,since We Media is a double-edged sword,there are low barriers to entry,openness,interactivity,regulatory loopholes and other characteristics of the platform,which brings some negative effects to society especially the spread of socialist core values.Therefore,we must use the socialist core values as well as some moral and legal constraints to regulate and guide.This paper focuses on the concept and the characteristics of We Media,and the connotation of the socialist core values,analyzes the functions of the media in the socialist core values from the perspective of media theory.By using the method of investigation and study,we have studied the present situation of the use of self media in five kinds of young people in Beijing City,that is,rural youth,college students,organ youth,enterprise youth and migrant workers,and the study of the plight of the socialist core values in the youth from the media environment.The reasons for the plight of the analysis,including the dissemination of organizational management is not in place,the content of communication is difficult to adapt to the reality of the development of poor communication environment management.Then we focused on the implementation of the socialist core values in the media from the media environment.According to the problems of the organization management,content management,media management,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.Constructing the socialist core values communication mechanism in youth will be promote We Media play a long-term role in the dissemination of socialist core values.
