Research On The Innovation For Network Communication Of Socialism Core Values

In November 2012 the 18th CPC National Congress called for efforts to foster the core values of the pursuit of prosperity,democracy,civility,harmony,freedom,equality,justice,rule of law,patriotism,dedication,integrity,and goodwill,which is a major theoretical innovation and enrichment of Marxist Values.Fostering and practicing these values is raised as a basic,holistic and strategic task to pursue and build a socialist society with Chinese characteristics and consolidate the common ideological basis for the whole party and nation to work as a unity and strive to revitalizing the Chinese nation.When it comes to the educational propaganda of theory,culture,value and political discourse,only when political appeal is turned into practical one,political discourse into mass one will they be accepted by the masses.As network media are highly pervading,internet is definitely an important approach to foster and practice these core values.From the perspective of communication,the propaganda of these core values is a specific information-and value-transmission,whose expression and approach is closely related to network communication.The network communication has great impacts on the propaganda of core values for its distinctive features including massive information capacity,timely information transmission,interactivity of receiver and deliver,integration of media' function,hypertextuality of information,openness of publisher and so on.On one hand,network communication can enhance the effectiveness,attraction and coverage of audience of the core values.On the other hand,as for it can bring a huge shock to the core values,it would lead to a diversification of social values and be used to infiltrate state ideologies of western developed countries.Therefore,it is critical to master the law of network communication,utilize the unique advantages of network media,innovate approaches of network media and optimize its mode.Only in this way can a cultural network environment which is friendly and fitful enough to foster and practice core values be created.In this way,core values are to the masses what air is to men,encouraging the masses share the common value and guaranteeing the national network ideology security.How to innovate and put into practice the mode of network communication of core values can be proceed from the following four aspects.Firstly,as for communication idea,it is supposed to achieve the communication between single dimensional "text communication" to multiple dimensional "human-oriented communication",and it should be converted from text-to men-oriented-communicate.During the communication,receivers should play the dominant role,understanding of both delivers and receivers should be valued,as to form a common value.Secondly,respecting communication utterance,it is supposed to realize its organic coupling between the systems of "grand narration" and "subtle narration",promoting the establishment of mainstream and dominant values.Meanwhile,high-context communication should be converted to low-context communication,dramatizing the principles and idealizing the context.Thirdly,in terms of optimazing communication channels,propagation effect is supposed to achieve by combining single-medium-communicate with compound-medium-communicate.By thinking in the mode of network and big data and effectively integrating techniques,function and propagation platform of new and former media,an compound communication system will be established to foster core value and realize all-round media-complete communication.Lastly,in terms of orienting communication groups,it is supposed to achieve the throughbreak from "covering entire personnels" to "covering focus groups".And it is important to pay more attention on leaders,public figures,advanced models and teenagers.Besides,it is significant to pay equal emphasis on pervasiveness and advancement of education of values,promoting the masses practice the core values through learning from the advanced models.
