With the 4G high-speed communication and the Internet of Things Era coming,the speed of operation about Electronic products continue to be improving,and big data,high-speed,high-performance electronic products is gradually becoming the main direction of product development.But,because of the high degree of interconnection in high-speed circuits,the problem of signal integrity becomes more pronounced.Especially for increasing storage performance requirements,data transmission of storage capacity requirements higher and higher,so the memory circuit part is the object research of high-speed signal of integrity.Of course this problem is the main research in this paper,make a research about high-speed signal integrity and DDR3 related theory,and according to DDR3 topology issues make optimize,through the simulation and 4G wireless transparent transmission to verify the superiority of the new topology.In this paper,at first,we study and analyze the related theories such as the generation,influence and reduction of reflection and crosstalk in high-speed signal of integrity,and through high-speed simulation software to verify the correctness of theory analysis of reflection and crosstalk.Second,we through the DDR3 storage as the object of research,by studying the related theory about DDR3,according the existing topology features and the disadvantages of simulation result about Fly-Shu topology to design a new topology called Fly-Shu.And by using the software of high speed signal simulation for reflected simulation and crosstalk simulation about the new topology Fly-Shu.Though comparing the rectangular waveform come from the reflected simulation and Eye waveform come from the crosstalk simulation to the result of the original Fly-By Topology,we find that the new designed Fly-Shu Topology is better at restraining the influence of reflection and crosstalk,so it very useful for to keep high-speed signal integrity in transmission.Finally,the two different topologies are applied to 4G wireless transparent transmission,and take radiation test and packet loss test.The test proved that the radiation of the new Fly-Shu topology is reduced significantly and packet loss rate has also been reduced.Therefore,it can be shown that the new topology not only improves high-speed signal integrity by reducing reflection and crosstalk,but also can effectively reduce the radiation problem of 4G wireless transmission and improve the packet loss rate in the transmission process.So the new design of the Fly-Shu Topology can offer a very good reference in design of the PCB about high-speed signal integrity and simulation.
