Objectives:Apllying HL7 and IBM WebSphere MQ technology through integrate various information subsystem to build a set of transfusion management system,which is convenient for clinicians to apply blood transfusion fastly,intelligent judging the rationality of the transfusion application,reducing blood transfusion the workload of staff,realizing a comprehensive and whole-process management of clinical blood use and improving the hospital's reasonable blood use level and hospital medical management quality.Methods:Blood transfusion system based on hospital integration platform,using IBM Websphere MQ V7.0 message middle ware,for each hospital information system in patients with clinical data,transmitting domain code mapping and dictionary to the blood transfusion management system,the information subsystems interact through the Websphere MQ queue and blood transfusion system simultaneously,the implementation returns the real-time transmission of information based on HL7 messaging standard.The system was launched at a three-a hospital.Data were extracting from January to June in2016(launched)and from January to June in 2017 after blood transfusion medical records of 622 and 576,analyze data from January to June in 2016 and from January to June in2017(online)after transfusion from 12875 and 14163 respectively,SPSS17.0 and Excel2007 were apply to analyze terminal records,percent of pass of blood transfusion and transfusion apps percent of pass,specimens of the time,and adverse reaction rate.Results:Applying HL7 and WebSphere MQ to integrate the hospital information system,laboratory information system,electronic medical record system and blood transfusion system and to built a set of high efficiency,easy extension information system for blood transfusion,blood transfusion management from the application,blood and blood use effect evaluation after the whole process management.Online through the system of transfusion related data before and after comparison,found that the composition of red blood cells,plasma,blood platelet and cryoprecipitate reasonably rate increased significantly,(?2=228.530,68.165,24.040,9.106;P<0.01),blood transfusion terminal records than before more standardization,standardization(?~2=40.479;P<0.01),blood transfusion application,specimen correctness and adverse transfusion rate were demonstrated an increasing trend(?~2=3087.817,11.004,13.659;P<0.01).The department of blood transfusion could also play its functions,and give guide and supervise for clinical blood use.Conclusion:The Transfusion management system was based on the design of HL7 and WebSphere MQ to met the actual needs of the hospital,and the quality of clinical use and blood transfusion management level were improved,to ensure the safety of clinical blood transfusion,rationality,and enhance the general hospital medical quality.
