Information Management System Of Traffic Police Based On The WebSphere (Vehicle Management System)

With high development of Internet and the maturity of distributed technology, more and more enterprise applications have been transferred from traditional application model to flexible distributed multi-tier model to satisfy the permanently various demands. The multi-tier system model adds a middle tier (application server) between the client and the server, and separates the application business logic placed in the middle tier from user interface to construct a loose coupling and high polymerization system structure. As the traffic management department of our country, the Traffic Police (TP) is of complex application structure, multitudinous resource, great data quantity and high safety. But the present application system has not been able to adapt this kind of requirement completely. The application system of TP that is an enterprise level application needs to be supported by a good enterprise level application system structure to satisfy the requirements of the increasing data quantity and the business development, and to satisfy the requirements of the scalability, the security, the intercommunication and the distribution.Firstly, this paper deeply analyses and researches the application and technology of the distributed system structure on the TP, and comprehensivelyanalyses the demand and the business flow of the Traffic Police's core system-Vehicle Management System. This paper uses the J2EE/EJB technology, which is now the standard platform of enterprise level application development.Secondly, this paper designs vehicle management system, including system structural design, database design, functional design and object model design. The system consists of four tier structures, including the client tier, the Web tier, the business tier and the data tier. Application server uses the IBM WebSphere 5.0 application server that supports the J2EE/EJB programming model. It is an open Web application server with strong function and remarkable performance.Finally, this paper completes the application realization, which carried on the deployment on the WebSphere5.0 application server.
