Chinese salary management is changes stage of the scale rapid expansion and huge market structure,which determines the Chinese compensation mechanism needs continuous innovation and supplement perfection.Throughout the domestic and foreign major pay system and salary structure,only according to the characteristics of their own enterprises to establish a reasonable salary system,we can better play the advantages of pay management.At present,the domestic salary management has the following characteristics:lack of strategic planning,few industry product quantity,structure imperfect,low maturity and incomplete incentive and restraint mechanisms,so as to really provide effective competitive advantage for enterprises.Based on the SaaS architecture,this paper designs the salary management system using UML modeling tools.The main contents are as follows:(1).Combined with the characteristics of SaaS and application status,research service feature of Internet e-commerce era compensation management and analysis system requirements and business process.(2).Research implement processes and methods of compensation management based SaaS architecture,design and accomplish nine functional modules——customer relationship management,brokerage account management,broker performance statistics,customer allocation management,departmental position management,compensation element templates,approving compensation,compensation task management,compensation adjustment,which form the basic compensation management system.(3).Based on the theory of SaaS,customer relationship management,UML unified modeling tools,SQL database management system to build compensation management system framework and complete the design of the database.Complete the system by code,and test the system functions.(4)In connection with application of SaaS theory in salary management system,complete the system deployment under SaaS,design system attack isolation,load balancing and firewall?On this basis,achieve security verification in SSL exchange data,DES data encryption,data authentication,password control.This article draw support SaaS to complete the salary comprehensive management,to a certain extent,which implement salary quick handling and efficient management.From the system functional test and performance test results show that the system basically satisfies the predetermined development requirements,which has important theoretical and practical value.
