Design And Application Research Of The Vocational School Student’s Growing Electronic Files Management System

Vocational school students are generally between15and18years old. Their culturalcourses are not good, and they have strong negative mentality, easy to be disturbed by theexternal factors. Some of them are considered as “problem children” or “problem students” byparents and teachers. They are hard to teach. The vocational school students’ growing electronicfiles management system which is based on the information technology, can be used to integratethe related information about students growing, show their various growth process, strengthenthe communication between school, parents and the society, and it can also be used for theeducators to find out the students bright points, and pay more attention to their growth processesand differences, thus to promote the reform of the vocational school students’ evaluationmethods and improve their professionalism.The thesis is a preliminary study on how to improve vocational school students’professionalism through the construction and application of the vocational school studentsgrowing electronic files management system, which Foshan Nanhai Information and TechnologySchool is taken as an example.Main contents of the thesis:(1) Research and analysis on the current situation of the internal and external vocationalschool students’ education and evaluation systems;(2) Establishment of a new solution to improve vocational school students’ educationsystem based on the construction of the integrated information platform, through pointing out thedefects and deficiencies of the current system;(3) Analysis on the function orientation of the vocational school students’ growingelectronic files management system, and detailed design on the realization plan of the wholesystem;(4) Forming a vocational school students’ growing electronic files management systemplatform;(5) Realizing the integration and initial application of the vocational school students’growing files data.
