The Design And Implementation Of Information Management System For Party Construction Of Electric Power Enterprises

With the continuous development of information technology and application of e-government in government departments and enterprises, information construction for Party affairs of electric power enterprises is becoming more and more attention. The electric power enterprises are the lifeblood of national energy sector, the healthy and stable development of the enterprise has the vital significance both in economically and politically. Under this background, this paper based on the information management system for Party construction for electric power enterprises, introduces the process of informationization construction of our institution. Since 2012, our institution in accordance with the goal request " information platform serves for Party construction and information management improves work efficiency ", actively promote the work, and has basically meet all the daily office needs at whole levels in the Party organizations, and realized dynamic, standardized management for the party organization structure, the party members’ information, special news release,and can provide data and materials for Party construction in the enterprise.First it introduces the current status at home and abroad of the informationalization construction of Party construction in the enterprise, and then analyzes the existing technical schemes, finally we determine that the system uses MVC three layers architecture mode which based on B/S structure. We choose open source development platform which can across the operating system, so we choose J2 EE technology platform and major open source Java frameworks such as Struts, Spring, Hibernate to build the system. The development processes of the system design are based on software engineering technology, through requirement analysis of the system, overall outline design, detailed design and implementation, system testing. In the whole process of system development, it strictly follows the modular program-design method, implements the functional modules with low coupling, the module internal implementation with high cohesion. It will facilitate system maintenance and upgrade. In system testing phase, we use a lot of test methods to test the system comprehensively, and ensure the efficiency and stability of the system. Specificly we use unit test, integration test, scenario test, performance test, etc. This paper descripts the system with the business process diagram, user interface, and it also gives the system’s overall architecture diagram, design constraints, and the core codes.This paper completed the analysis, design and implementation of the information management system for Party construction for electric power enterprises, and it finally implements all function modules, such as Party group information management, Party structure management, Party member management, Party task management, special plate management, commend and award management, meeting and study records management, Party members’ information management, Party members’ personal matters management, Party members’ democratic appraisal, news release management, user management, role management, rights management, etc. Finally, the information management system for Party construction is tested by user interface, function, performance. The test result reaches its goal, and the system can meet the practical requirements.
