The Research And Application For The Construction Of The Informatization Managing System To The Project Item

Along with the deeper development of the reform and opening-up, the construction industry has already been one of the supporting industries in our country and is situated in the key moment that the construction industry is changing the mode of tradition into modernization. At present, the ability of the cost controlling has already been an important index of judging the level of the core competitive power of the construction enterprises. The construction enterprises in domestics and overseas are striving to achieve the scientific management of the project item, and count it as the main breakthrough of reforming the building industry, reducing the cost control of the project and improving the working efficiency of the industry. Meanwhile, the popularization and development of information technology offers the important technological approaches to achieve the scientific management. In this context of development, the domestic construction industry is active to carrying out various researching and practicing of the managing informatization in project item which let them accumulate invaluable experience as well as discover many problems. It is worthy of thinking how to consider and solve these issues.On the basis of the above viewpoints, this thesis initially analyzed the researching background of the managing informatization of the project item and its present situation in domestic and overseas at first; and also discussed the necessity and feasibility of the managing informatization in the project item which are promoted in the construction enterprises.Next, the involving essence and concept of the managing informatization of the project item are illustrated. The article initially analyzed the supporting technology which constructed the informatization managing system of the project item. Further, the author analyzed the affect which brought from putting the informatization management of the project item into practice to the management of the traditional building project item within the concept and culture, the organization and the communication of the item management.Then the content framework of the management information and the systerm evaluation model are established.Afterwards, the restricted factors which cause the problems in the developing process of the informatization management of the project item are researched and analyzed from the standpoint of the enterprise, system and industry,; in addition, the measures which are promoting the informatization management of the project item are raised in the standpoint of different participants.Finally, taking the informatization managing system of the Three Gorges Project and railway project for examples, the author analyzed them and also estimated theirs application in the project.
