In recent years,the development of electronic information technology to promote universal access to all sectors of information management,making the daily management of enterprises gradually systematized and standardized for enterprises save a lot of labor costs and time costs,at the same time,so that employees from withdraw complicated daily work,we have more time to deal with other things,improve work efficiency,and management and scientific calculation methods,avoiding the wrong information transfer and reduce the risk of business operations and organizational risk.From now,the enterprise information management is the trend,and as the construction industry,because of its distinctive characteristics of the industry,projects involving many departments,heavy workload,long construction period so standardized,systematic and process management becomes particularly important,and construction companies studied in this paper office management system is also to these requirements as the basis for further development to meet the management needs of the current construction enterprises as the goal.The conduct of office systems development is based on the characteristics of construction enterprises,through the construction industry understand the daily business and market developments into account,so that the integrated management system designed to meet the requirements of the construction business office.Through the development and the development of domestic and foreign construction industry management system to summarize and access to information,the need to understand the current level of development and construction enterprise management systems need to be further developed,clear objectives for the system development to meet the actual needs of enterprises.Through computer technology related learning,determine the choice of this system development software technology develop with more mainstream and mature JSP web technology and SQL Server technology,from different angles and other functional and non-functional requirements of the system developed for analysis of,combined with the actual needs of enterprises and the use-case analysis and feasibility analysis,demonstrated the feasibility of software development;the demand analysis,based on the system function modules and database design in detail,namely the development of the bid management,contract management,cost management,materials management,equipment management and approval management of six modules.We designed the network architecture and technology architecture and establishing a database table information throughout the system.And to meet the building enterprise information communication between departments and enterprises in strict application,examination and approval system,the orderliness of the goal to protect the project construction and management of the company,the system was to achieve;the way to integrate theory with practice,the last of the system Functional tests carried out to verify the practicability of the system.The office management system with certain characteristics of the industry,in line with the needs of the construction industry,has brought convenience to the systematic and scientific construction corporate office.
