A complete set of BI systems is designed in this paper.Using the IoC container and MVC design ideas,the high separation and low coupling are realized;the middle table is designed to make the migration more convenient and more applicable;the modular design is carried out,and the function separation is realized.It mainly consists of 5 levels and 13 modules,which involve all aspects of the intelligent data operation,such as user management,log collection,report collection,perspective and display of data analysis,early warning,prediction,comprehensive evaluation,strategy selection,project management and so on.And the interface is optimized and innovating,releasing R,Python and PHP command line interface,more compatible and more expansibility;using R as an algorithm,python to grab,PHP to do web site,and SQL to do database interaction in various languages,make full use of the advantages of each language,also greatly reduce the maintenance cost,reduce the platform use gate A sill;integrated a large number of intelligent algorithms,such as the 3 Sigma rule used in the data envelopment method for judging the effects of each item or activity in the comprehensive evaluation,the 3 Sigma rule,the chi square test used for the strategy contrast,the principal component analysis used in the user classification reduction,the LDA,QDA,and the user behavior analysis.Mixed algorithm such as GMM,Kmeans,SVM and so on.Through WeChat robot module,we can push important messages such as early warning and daily news.The main module of the system is KeySql,which includes the display side and the analyst oriented management side.For analysts,the design of the management is easier to take,so that the analyst can not rely on the programmer to design and modify the module,easily complete the script embedding,the SQL construction of multiple data sources,the display and customization of the table,the graphic design and display,and so on.At the same time,it is more humanized and has the functions of graphic display,custom screening,data sorting,table downloading,and online perspective.The data display process uses an inert data query mechanism and builds a temporary table system,which can not only guarantee the completeness of the data,but also take into account the speed of inquiry.In addition,the design of navigation is designed.According to the idea of preorder traversal tree,the menu of infinite class classification is designed,access restrictions and records are combined with the authority module,and the default use of the parent menu permission is adopted by the submenu,which optimizes the setting steps for the analyst to increase the menu,and also facilitates the follow-up maintenance.
