Research On Hybrid Intelligent Systems And It's Application In Business Intelligence

Since the concept of Artificial Intelligence is proposed in 1956, it has had 50 years' development and gotten some outstanding achievements. But these technologies come into contact with some problems when they applied independently. At present, the most research of Artificial Intelligence has been focused on integrating different intelligent techniques, and these have formed a new field: Hybrid Intelligent Systems. At same time, the applications of Business Intelligence have been more and more needed in practice. But Business Intelligence needs to synthetize the Artificial Intelligence and others data analysis techniques.The article mainly researches the Hybrid Intelligent Systems and proposed methodology of building Hybrid Intelligent Systems based on Cased-Based Reasoning. And presently, Business Intelligence has some limitation on knowledge representation and illation. Hybrid Intelligent Systems can solve these limitations and has more preponderance than traditional artificial intelligence techniques. Therefore, it is necessary to import HIS into Business Intelligent system. And it can provide useful methodology for Business Intelligence's application.Firstly, the literature of Hybrid Intelligent Systems is reviewed. Through retrospection about the development process of Hybrid Intelligent Systems, research scope and architecture is defined newly and the concept of Hybrid Intelligent Systems is brought forward. The article reviews the literature of Hybrid Intelligent Systems from the view of theory, technique and application and points out research hotspot and future direction of Hybrid Intelligent Systems.Secondly, through analyzing literature review the article proposes the methodology of building Hybrid Intelligent Systems based on CBR. According to the core principle of design science, the process of building Hybrid Intelligent Systems is proposed. Then the Hybrid Intelligent Systems is described formalizedly and divide into five basic joined modes. According to Hall for Workshop on Meta-synthetic Engineering, methodology of building Hybrid Intelligent Systems is proposed based on technique choice of Hybrid Intelligent Systems.Subsequently, the methodology of building Hybrid Intelligent Systems is demonstrated. The article analyses the application characters of different Hybrid Intelligent Systems. According to basic mode, the article chooses five cases to validate the methodology of building Hybrid Intelligent Systems from the view of background, whole design and application. And all get the satisfied answers.Lastly, the article introduces the Hybrid Intelligent Systems into Business Intelligence. Through detailedly analyzing the problems existed in applications of Business Intelligence, the article proposes the Business Intelligence's application project based on Hybrid Intelligent Systems. Then we construct Business Intelligent prototyping systems based on Hybrid Intelligent Systems by using the example of ShangHai Tobacco Industry Printing Factory. The utility of the prototyping systems is proved through two cases: business performance management and order cost analysis.
