Study And Application Of Business Intelligence On ERP System

Small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in economic construction as a large scale group. The information extents of the small and medium-sized enterprises have direct relation to the whole country information level. Recently, Small and medium-sized enterprises in country have used ERP systems with ERP system used widely. However, the traditional ERP systems process the digitals still at the MIS level and can not play a good role in processing and analyzing the digitals. Thus the ERP systems have difficulties in spreading in our country. At the same time, with the development of the business intelligence forces the decision-makers to make the unused digitals a scientific application. Therefore, how to apply business intelligence to present ERP system?This paper proposes the business intelligence frame facing the small and medium-sized enterprises and presents the logical systematic architecture, based the researches on the advance management thoughts and technologies (ERP, data warehouse, business intelligence). The paper discusses the building of the business intelligence models and the realization in ERP systems. The metadata coming unifies the building independence of every data marts and data converting normalization, which prepares enterprises for building the data warehouse more. Finally, to count ERP system and the implementations, the decision of the business intelligence in the system and the key part of implementation were researched, the feasibilities were proved with examples.Business intelligence system of small and medium-sized enterprises-oriented ERP systems is an opened, dynamic and flexible-owned information system. I believe it is a good practice to discuss and makes ERP systems develop well in our country.
