In recent years,enterprise construction tasks are secular increasing and several high-speed lines are opening,the demand and supply of materials are greatly increasing,all these puts forward the higher requirement for material supply and quality guarantee.In this situation,how to reduce material consumption and save the cost of purchasing,implement the refinement and standardization of enterprise materials management become the great challenges of the current enterprise management department.Thus,developing the unified,efficient,centralized procurement information management system,achieving the fair procurement and open procurement has become the important means.Purchasing information management system is responsible for the communication of enterprise material management departments and enterprises material suppliers,the r of the information sharing,and the function of the online bidding,waste materials,inquiry,auction,etc.can control the whole process,including procurement requirements and planning.In the system,the author mainly participates in the system requirements analysis,design and bidding auction modules etc.This paper research content includes,around the system present situation,researches and analyzes the content of feasibility,key technology and requirement;makes full use of the software life cycle thought on the system design and development.This paper introduces the system overall architecture and the related technologies,expounds the design and implementation process of the important modules.Based on the B/S(browser/server)mode,this paper uses the three-tier architecture,JAVAEE architecture,Java language and Oracle database,according to the functional requirements,establishes the database structure model,including the data tables.After the development,this paper tests the system,achieves the series of functions of bidding system management,bidding auction,supplier management.Integrated design of procurement information implements the procurement effective management and global control,improves the effectiveness and efficiency of enterprise material purchasing.At present,the purchasing management information system is applying,the enterprise can use the Internet to achieve the procurement related work,improves the information level of the material,has played the important role in enterprise material purchasing work.
