Since China access the internet in the late 1980s,the spread of Internet information follows the development of social reality,with the rapid development of Internet technology and the increasing awareness of Internet users,public opinion is also more connected to online messaging.From the early wenchuan earthquake "fan weizhong”incident to "Harbin six police homicide case",in recent days,"the shooting at qingan railway station","the chengdu women's driver has been beaten",“luo yixiao" and other internet public opinion events,these events have an apparent reversal in development.As well as the important influence of social life,it also brings new challenges to the online public opinion in our country.Internet public opinion reversal is a prominent phenomenon,it has basic laws.Through carding a large number of literature,and combined with many of the typical cases analysis the internet public opinion reversal,study the details and impaction of internet public opinion inversion.Based on the theory of 5W model,the communicator,the content,the channel,the audience,the effect,research on the characteristics of internet public opinion reversal,we find that internet public opinion reversal has four characteristics:the main body is extensive,the content is polarized,the carrier is high interactive,the effect is controllable.And then from three angles of communication,psychology and sociology,analyze the causes of the inversion of public opinion from three aspects:network environment,internet users' psychology and social structure.In virtue of the typical case of "the chengdu women's driver has been beaten”is exemplified.The government as the principal manager of society,plays an important role in the internet public opinion reversal process.The cause of the internet public opinion reversal is complicated,Although the government has some problems in dealing with the internet public opinion reversal process,such as information is untimely and self-image is questioned,public opinion has pushed the government and the government into a passive position,lack of professional literacy,blindly follow the new media.But the government relies on its natural authority and credibility,adjust your response accordingly,it can still improve the ability of internet public opinion to reverse and reshape its influence.Use government websites,official micro blogs and WeChat to dominate public opinion and lead public opinion;Improve the professionalism of state media managers,develop our own opinion leaders;strengthen the interaction with traditional media and new media,strengthen the media's awareness and restore the credibility of the government and the media;strengthen the construction of internet public opinion specialized law,and take intensify efforts to combat it to ensure the reliability of the sources of public opinion.
