With the emergence of such concepts as the "Internet Plus","Industry 4.0" and "Smart Manufacturing 2025",the Internet of Things has taken a step from the "conceptual stage" to the "floor stage".The key link of the Internet of Things is data acquisition.It is through data collection terminals that bring together a large amount of environmental data,such as temperature and humidity,radiation,and noise,for subsequent data analysis,device control,and information processing.The Internet of Things data acquisition system is often targeted at a specific area,and there is less research on the common IoT data acquisition terminals.Based on research and technology comparison of the data acquisition terminals of the Internet of Things,a general-purpose data acquisition terminals is designed,including data acquisition,data transmission,and data storage.The main completed work has the following points:(1)Select ATMEL 9x25 architecture for the hardware platform designed a data acquisition system terminal,completed the acquisition,storage and peripheral interface circuits and other functions.Using modular design method,the data acquisition,computing,processing and information transmission,such as the free matching of different boards.Achieve a variety of data interface,acquisition rate and transmission mode of adaptation,to achieve a universal effect and ease of use features.(2)The terminal of data acquisition system adopts embedded linux system,and transplants U-BOOT,kernel tailor,root file system and peripheral device driver module,mainly including WiFi,MODEM and video driver.In-depth analysis of the Linux system platform mechanism,MAC device driver,and for high-speed data acquisition module is given FPGA module simulation MAC software design.(3)The design of data acquisition terminals application is completed,including software design of data acquisition,data transmission,data storage and video monitoring as well as the remote access to IoT cloud platform.Support users to wirelessly access data from remote web pages.In order to ensure the reliable and safe data transmission,this dissertation designs the communication exception processing mechanism of automatic disconnection and local caching.(4)Take the indoor environment data acquisition as an example,build the test platform and complete the function test.
