At present, the development of the Internet of things has become a significant symbol of the information age. And the data acquisition is an important basic work in the system. With the rapid development of the Internet of things, acquisition requirements to the front-end data grow with each passing day. Owing to the data acquisition system of the complex working environment, the stability of real-time data acquisition and transmission should be ensured, some requirements on the reliability and stability of the system should be also put forward. Therefore, it has an important significance of the design and research on data acquisition system.In this thesis, the current development status of domestic and foreign data acquisition system is introduced, then the characteristics and shortcomings of domestic data acquisition system are analyzed, thus a data acquisition terminal has been designed based on that. The terminal consists of two parts: data acquisition system and data processing system, data acquisition, storage, network transmission, LCD display, alarm warning function and operating personnel authentication are combined in one. For a variety of sensor output analog, digital signal in the system, the real-time data acquisition, processing and display has been realized, and the interaction between the terminal data and parameter configuration has been realized by using Zigbee wireless transmission module, besides, the data are uploaded to the server through the network, which is convenient for the online data analysis and management. For the dangerous operation and emergency, voice alarm function is provided, and the fingerprint acquisition module has been set up to facilitate the management of personnel and equipment. The overall design scheme of the data acquisition terminal is introduced in this thesis, the hardware design and debugging of the terminal circuit, the software design of the data acquisition system, and the test of the whole system are completed.At the same time, the surge protection circuit has also specially been designed in this system to adapt to the complex environmental and electromagnetic interference effect. In order to make the system work stably and reliably, it is also done experimental test and simulation for the problem of electromagnetic compatibility. For the surge of outside interference caused by the lighting, start and stop of high power equipment and circuit fault, anti-interference circuit is designed to ensure the reliability of the system; for the interference in data processing system of LCD backlight driving circuit, electromagnetic interference analysis and test has been completed and the circuit improvement scheme has been given, the effectiveness of the proposed scheme is showed according to the simulation; the crosstalk phenomenon of the transmission network are analyzed through simulations, a reference has been provided for the design of PCB system.
