With the further development of embedded technology, the integration of the Internet of Things(IoT) technology and embedded technology is the future development trend. In the IoT system, the information collection of the sensing layer is used as the basis, and the information is transmitted by the transmission layer. Finally, the unified management is carried out by the application layer. So this paper takes advantage of the embedded system to collect the information, realizes the data transmission through the 3G network, and achieve the unified monitoring by the corresponding remote application server.In this paper, based on embedded technology and wireless mobile communication technology, achieve the development of data acquisition system.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:(1) Expounding the overall structure of IoT data acquisition system, the system mainly consists of two parts-the sensing terminal and application service center. S3C2440 development board is adopted as the core of the sensing terminal, to realize the information acquisition, and through the 3G network to transmission data; software in upper computer is designed with VC++6.0, the main function is to the remote management and data analysis of the sensing terminal.(2) Design the hardware and software of the sensing terminal. Build hardware platform with ARM9, sensor, camera,3G wireless data terminal and so on, and design of data acquisition software. Communication protocol between sensing terminal and application service center is user-defined, and the sensor driver and the application program are designed. After in-depth study of the H.264 encoding, motion detection and OpenSSL algorithm, the video surveillance and remote security upgrade program is designed.(3) Develop the application service center data management software by the VC++6.0, and use SQL Server 2012 as the database management system. Some deep research about thread pool, data processing and transformation algorithm and database access technology are done. The network communication programs, data processing and display program and the user information management program are desined.Through the testing of the system, the feasibility of the system has been verified, which can be widely used in the field of family, medical treatment, factory and so on. It has great practical value and broad prospects.
