Design And Implementation Of Jiujiang Meteorological Service Platform

With the development of science and technology and the rapid increase of people's income,how to enrich people's spiritual world and the life after work have become a national consideration after solving the problem of food and clothing.Under this circumstance,China's tourism industry is developing at an amazing speed.According to the survey,tourism has become the first choice for most people to have a relax.Moreover,the development trend in tourism includes more and more different types of leisure and more popular.Tourism begins to develop rapidly.Meanwhile,a lot of China's natural and cultural landscapes have been gradually exploited as hot tourist attractions.Whether package tours or free self-driving tours,it is necessary for all people to collect travel information,set travel routes and make plans before their travel.There are also more and more ways for people to collect tourist information,especially through the Internet.Moreover,it is possible to collect all the information without going out,which is not only convenient for tourists to choose scenic spots,but also one of the important ways of tourist attractions to display their own tourism characteristics and attract tourists.Therefore,the meteorological tourism platform emerges.Jiujiang Meteorological Bureau and Tourism Bureau want to design an online work platform,,which could achieve the goal of collecting meteorological data,displaying the characteristics of scenic spots,facilitating the government's disaster control and other functions at the same time.Therefore,they commissioned my internship company to design and implement this platform,which is meteorological service platform mentioned later in this paper.During my internship,I participated in the requirement phase of the project,the design phase as well as the specific implementation phase,and undertook the project testing,deployment and maintenance work.More specifically,I participated in and completed the specific needs of the project.Moreover,I got the final project needs and wrote the requirements analysis through the discussion of the needs of users,the tourism market research and comparisons among existing similar software.The designs of the system,including the designs of system database and the structure of platform,are to facilitate the development of the later work.After the designs were completed,I began to be responsible for the implementation of the project,mainly responsible for all the development of the front and rear end of the system,including testing and improving it.The innovation of this project is to forecast the passenger flow and sunrise time through the Xgboost forecast model,which could facilitate the control and management of the scenic spot and arrange the time for visitors to watch sunrise.At present,the platform has completed the first edition and been deployed to the Jiujiang Tourism Bureau intranet.Moreover,it works very well.With the help of this system,it can not only help tourists to arrange their travel plans in Jiujiang but also enhance the revenue of Jiujiang Tourism Bureau.Moreover,it has improved a lot in the personnel dispatch and prevention and control of disaster.
