With the increasing demand of meteorological services, business diversification and standardization are facing the requirements of the development of intensive business, the urgent need to optimize the adjustment, the urgent need to establish a variety of business integration of modern meteorological forecasting and forecasting platform. This paper is based on the technical route of modern meteorological forecast business, combined with the knowledge that I learned in school, based on numerical forecast, comprehensive utilization, as well as many kinds of data and various forecasting methods, such as the weather forecast.This thesis first introduces the core technology of the establishment of the municipal intensive meteorological forecast and forecast platform, and analyzes the development language, the development tools and the database management system. Through the research and analysis, the design and implementation of the Basic Visual 2008 development tool to complete the meteorological forecast platform of the municipal intensive meteorological forecast is established. In this paper, we analyze the requirements of the two aspects of the municipal intensive meteorological forecast and forecast platform based on functional requirements analysis and non functional requirements analysis. Using the modular approach, the overall function design of the city of intensive meteorological forecast and forecast platform is completed, and the database concept model design and data table physical model are completed at the same time. After the above technical research, analysis and design, the business platform will build 11 modules and 13 databases. To build a forecast for the development of modern weather service, from the information, processing, analysis, processing to the weather forecast production release, as well as the automation of the research environment and so on. Disaster weather warning and forecast, weather model, local forecast tools and numerical forecast release module, is beneficial to the improvement of weather disasters monitoring and early warning capability and numerical forecast for release of level. In particular, the guidance of the higher level of the product module will further enhance the level of guidance, demonstration and traction. At the same time, the security and reliability, scalability, maintainability, practicability and operability of the system can be guaranteed by using a good programming style and strategy.The research and use of this project will make the forecast technology flow change greatly, and the project will greatly promote the establishment of modern business platform, which makes the communication, communication and quick decision of modern meteorological service information.
