| Hydrodynamic journal bearing are widely used in high speed,heavy load and impact conditions,but design parameters of the hydrodynamic journal bearing are more,and the calculation process is complex.With the development of intelligent design and manufacturing technology,the requirement of net optimization design for dynamic journal bearing design is urgent,Therefore,the network design platform of hydrodynamic journal bearing is developed in this paper.The research works are these follows:This work based on two-dimensional Reynolds equation,the dimensionless form of the Reynolds equation is given.Then derived the expressions of related design parameters for hydrodynamic journal bearing.The general framework of the net design platform for hydrodynamic journal bearing is designed,the three layer structure model of presentation layer,business logic layer and data service layer is constructed and Matlab network service framework is constructed.On the basis of establishing the optimization mathematical model,The functional modules of cylindrical and elliptical journal bearing was developed.Then compiled the related solution and design optimization program.Using the platform,two examples are designed and the results are consistent with the relevant references,which shows that the development platform framework and the calculation model are correct.The net designplatform of hydrodynamic journal bearing can provide important reference for engineers and technicians. |
