The Design And Implementation Of An E-government Collaborative Office System For X-city

With the development of information and communication technology,the promotion of society informatization and our requirement for efficient life,services of all walks of life are stepping into the electronic,and the requirement for traditional government management and public service innovation are also gradually appearing.The government makes a major strategic decision of promoting the development of e-government in order to enhance the governing capacity and efficiency.E-government needs to be informationized first as a main field of government informatization,whose improvement mainly incarnates in the expanding application of in the actual affairs.Based on this,the research topic is put forward by some institution,then a new designed egovernment affairs coordination office system has been implemented.At first,this paper analyzes the condition of domestic and international e-government affairs coordination office system,and combining with the current status and the developing trends of the system,puts forword the system analysis for functional and nonfunctional requirements.Furthermore,presents the general scheme of the system.Based on the component and SOA,this scheme uses the industry popular J2 EE architecture as the whole technical framework,simultaneously,uses the technology of middleware to integrate heterogeneous systems.The government propose development goal of e-government informatization based on existing application-supporting platform in response to the overall guideline and relevant spirit on egovernment construction.Meanwhile,they build and efficient and reliable e-gov official system with network access and existing resource to provide supplementary means for daily e-gov affairs.We design and implement each function module of civil servants office subsystem and affairmanaging subsystem in the article.Finally,according to previous demand analysis,we design the test cases and analyze the test result after particular system test to make sure that our system can satisfy the basic requirement and operate steadily.Based on the principle of resource sharing integration,the devised e-government collaborative office system adopts the uniform data standards,which not only guarantees the normalization and standardization of work flow effectively,but also provides the access standards for the scalability.Furthermore,during the design of this system,since the civil servants’ daily habits are considered completely,our system can conform to the users’ operating characteristics,thereby having the better man-machine interaction.In practice,it is easy for our system to circumvent the flaws of existing e-government.Furthermore,due to the consideration of the scalability at the beginning of design,the devised system is suitable for the exchange of business requirements.Consequently,our system can be widely used and conveniently popularized.
