Design And Implementation Of The Internal Rules And Regulations Management System In Commercial Bank

In recent years,commercial banks strengthen the mechanism and system construction of the system to enhance the level of compliance management.Therefore,commercial banks implement a series of measures to ensure that the rules and regulations accord with the requirement of laws,the rules and regulations are not in conflict and regulations,the rules and regulations strictly implemented in the whole bank,such that and compliance management become the important means for the continuous stable operation and development of commercial banks.In the practical work of commercial banks,the wholesome internal system and scientific management is the foundation of compliance management.However,in the face of involved in business sectors,wide geographical distribution,large number,versions of different internal rules and regulations,the current bank management means and methods are still not fully informatization and electronization,such as project paper transfers,combing work that requires a lot of labor and time to complete,system query difficulties,problems encountered in the implementation of the system that arise from the lack of effective feedback channel between the employee,system information can not be shared and managed,system as a whole management mechanism is not perfect,and so on.The laggard system management mode,to a certain extent,restrict the development of bank management and internal management,hinder the development the compliance management of the bank to be intensive.In this thesis,in the face of the problems that existing in the internal rules and regulations management and the actual demand of commercial banks,it is necessary to study,design and implement the rules and regulations management system.The thesis emphasize on the how to use means of informatization to realize the internal system of scientific management,in order to provide better service for bank management system.In the introduction section of the thesis,first,it has using a breakthrough of the bank rules and regulations management,educing the study of the topic of the significance,purpose and research background,and analyzing the current domestic and foreign relevant research on this field.Then it briefly introduces the technology related to the system,discusses the basic situation of the workflow technology,workflow managementsystem,role based access control model,SSH framework.Next according to the actual requirements of bank managers and executants,it analysis the function of regulations management,regulations maintenance,regulations management,question answering of regulations and query statistics,user management module in-depth,and process modeling and data modeling of the system.Then,this paper analyzes the design and implementation of the system in detail.One is direction of the total design frame of the system,and it analyses the design goal based on the former;the two is a detailed description of the working process of the system,it analyzes the implementation process of the system module,and made data structure table.The test results conform to the expected results,showing that it has a better system performance.Finally,the thesis summarizes the advantages and deficiency existing in the system of internal management system,proposes some research directions that may be improved or further performed in the future.The management system has already implemented on the operation management system.It is to solve the problems in the actual work,the first,regulations management will solidify projects in the system to use,clear the establishment of the project,the audit procedures and standards.Second,the circulation for regulations files is formed a more standardized and scientific workflow,icluding plan,authorized strength,check;auditing,print and distribute,implement and feedback.Third,the system provides a platform for management functions,so that the management staff and grassroots employees can exchange.Fourth,the system of statistics and query function can be the regulations of statistics and combing,which is required by the regulation management department.This function not only improves the efficiency of the management,but also can be added files to the database.Fifth,the general user query regulation information faster and more convenient than before,through users maintenance regulation information,the regulation attribute information more detailed.At present,the implementation of the system ensure the satisfaction of the bank staff on the requirements of the scientific management and information-based internal affairs.Hence,the system hasobtained a better feedback effects on the system management and compliance management.
