The Design And Implementation Of Minsheng Bank Legal Compliance Audit Management System For Kunming Branch

With the development of society and economy, the rapid development of state enterprises led to the development of China’s commercial banks, and Minsheng Bank’s Annual revenue increased year by year, so with more and more business the old system of Minsheng Bank Kunming Branch has been completely unable to meet current business need, and the transfer mode, the overall functionality of old system all need require. In order to adapt to the current business efficiency of Kunming Branch of China Minsheng Banking, we need to develop a new legal compliance review management system for Minsheng bank Kunming branch.After the analysis of the system’s development background and the understanding to the development situation of similar system at home and abroad, we base on object-oriented design model to design and implement this system. In the requirements stage, we made overview of the management system, and used use-case diagram to analysis the functional requirements for each function performed. In the system design phase, the system used cross-platform java programming language, with the J2EE framework hibernate, spring and struts technology, combined with the three-tier development model MVC and JDBC technology to implement the system.This system achieved six features, namely flow processing center, library contracts management, litigation management, contract consulting, statistics management and business maintenance. Flow processing center model includes the processing flow, document management and process query management; Contract database management includes contracts management, draft contract management, released contract management, contract management and performance review contract management; Litigation management includes main complaint case management, case management and agency sued management; Consulting contract management includes my consulting management, waiting for answer management and answered consulting management; Statistics management includes contract review statistics, contract performance statistics, statistical consulting contract, the defendant complained cases statistics and cases statistics; Business maintenance includes contracts maintenance and contract information maintenance.The establishment of this system will improve the efficiency of processing the contract review, improve the system functions and contract documents manageability and maintainability, besides, it would reduce administrative workload. And it will better ensure the synchronization of the information and help improve the level of system management and maintenance and the reliability and stability of the system.
