Since the development of the socialist economy,people gradually realized that it is not enough for the enterprise to have good financial management module and excellent performance.It is the fundamental need to promote the development of the enterprise by strengthening the internal control of enterprises.At present,the lagging behind of information technology has greatly restricted the development of commercial banks in Urumqi.How to use computer programs to strengthen internal control and compliance of banks has become the primary task of the bank.The system chooses Windows 2010 as the operation system.It uses B/S architecture and builds the system level with the integrated framework J2EE.The system also applies the MVC.The system uses Java language to design runtime code.HTML scripting language is used to write the interface in the presentation layer.The interface layout is controlled by JS and CSS.The SQL Server 2014 is used to build the database server of the system.The system includes rectification management,follow-up management,integral management and violation point management.The rectification management includes maintenance of rectification situation,maintenance of related information,copy of manuscript and management of punishment processing.The maintenance of rectification situation includes rectification information query,new rectification information adding,modification information,and rectification information deleting.The follow-up management includes follow-up verification management and supervision information maintenance.The integral management includes integration identification registration,integration identification registration receiving,integral retrial application,integral retrial application returning,integral application management and integral query.The integral identification registration includes integral registration information query,new integral registration information adding,revision integral registration information,integral registration information deleting,discarded integral registration information and so on.The violation point management includes identification of violation points,violation points management and violation points checking.The system can realize the information of daily internal work management and supervise the bank employees to carry on the risk assessment and inspection of their own.In addition,it can also effectively collect the internal information of banks and integrate data by using the system.
