Design And Implementation Of The Original Assets Management System On B/S Framework

There have some defects not only in non-functional requirements,but also in current asset management content covering of Yan'an City Local Taxation Bureau original asset management software.In order to solve these problems,we proposed the platform of the asset management softwarebased on B/S structure.Our target is to build a user-friendlyfunctional,high level of intelligence,more comprehensive for the asset management platform.This platform could achieve full interoperability,has function of real-time monitoring and management,automatic report generation asset.Platform administrator usercan set up user accessas as well as the management and use of human usage rights clearly.Meanwhile the introduction of workflow mechanism to meet the asset disposal and asset reports for approval online.In the non-functional demand platform has a simple interface,approachable,forward-looking,scalability,and other characteristics.Platform is used not only to eliminate the lack of stand-alone version of the system exists,but also to meet the purpose of our Board regulate the management of assets.With a reasonable and conservation,the platform can use the assets efficiently and improve asset use efficiency,protect the safety and integrity of assets.This thesis mainly completed the design and implementation work of the Yan'an Local Taxation Asset Management Platform.The paper introduces the background and significance of asset management platform based on B/S structure,the research status of related fields,Analysis of the main content platform design.The concepts and technical part studied the concepts and techniques to meet the need to design the system and in-depth study of the SSM(Spring + SpringMVC + MyBatis)framework.The author described in detail the characteristics of the framework of the framework,the disposal process and Spring related technologies,MyBatis technology.After involving clear description of the related art,author elaborated this system needs analysis,business procedures summarized the business user's needs,I sorted out the privileges and responsibilities of the organization chart of system users,a clear mandate functions,roles,given the overall internet business graph and the analysis of the system functional requirements.The induction system is divided into user management module,system management module,card management module,using the management module,the disposal management module,asset reporting module.By cooperating seven modules implement of the features of the system.The authors also carried out a detailed description of each function in detail,given UML model of the system,the system for the analysis of non-functional requirements.The overall design of the system is analyzed,the operating environment has been designed to ensure the system's stability,security,scalability and friendliness of the system design is described,including system architecture,function modules,disposal procedures,system deployment and environmental design.It also described the design of the database,including database modeling tools ERWIN,E_R maps,and database structure and so on.It also had a detailed system design and implementation,the author of the system made the detailed design of detail according to the programming system,the interpreter code made the system functions to achieve?For the last part of the test system,the authors introduced the testing process method,systematic introduction,described the test results to ensure system reliabilityThe asset management platform has been spread in Yan'an City Local Taxation Bureau,the platform meet the assets information technology,scientific management objectiveswhich greatly reduce the workload of asset managers.The most important thing is made to cover the relevant provisions of the asset management approach.
