Development And Implementation Of P2P Lending Platform Based On ASP.NET

When dealing with microfinance,sometimes the traditional financial services industry faces cubersome procedures,inefficiency,long cycle of lending and other shortcomings,therefore it is difficult to credit small loans from banks.As a result,P2P network lending emerges.The biggest advantage of P2P network lending is that it is quick and high efficient.It serves directly to the customers who were not taken into account by traditional financial services industry and enables them to couduct lending activities easily and quickly.Besides,composite interest rate of P2P network lending is higher than the deposit rate of banks,even higher than some financial products and trust investments.This model is gradually being accepted and recognized,providing an investment loan channel for borrowers to maintain and increase asset value on the one hand,and offering a new financing channel for lenders to meet their capital demand in a convenient and efficient way on the other.This thesis focus on the independent development of network based P2P lending system in according to the actual demand of P2P lending company.Firstly,the thesis discusses the development of P2P network lending system,introducing its current application status,development at home and abroad as well as comparative analysis on the present technology of building the system.Currently,of all the credit products,P2P lending system differs with its business mode.With the development of loans,P2P network lending is unfolding in different directions such as mortgage lending model and secured loan mode.As loan amount expands continuously,P2P net loan mode has flourished in different areas.P2P lending network system designed in this paper can be divided into the following functional blocks:website foreground,user registration login,user profile information,user account management,borrower management,investor management and system management.Each functional module features independent foreground and background.Users can log in to the system,using it to complete appropriate permissions according to their access rights;administrators can maintain the system,audit information and have premission to delete and add up foreground statistical data.This paper describes in detail the design and implementation of P2P network lending system.Architecture model of this system is based on Browser/Server,using Microsoft ASP.NET and C#as the website development language,and SQL SERVER 2005 as the system database platform.It is developed mainly in visual studio 2010 environment and achieves basic function through the server side Web Server.During the development of the system,existing mature P2P network lending model was learnt and absorded into its prototype and independent development was then established on the basis of needs analysis through usgae feedback from P2P network lending companies.Finally,the paper summarizes the work I have done during the process,and makes prediction and forecasts on further development of P2P network lending system.
