Research Of Application Technology Based On Embedded Web Server

Application of embedded system in the current social demand increases ceaselessly, thedevelopment of the embedded technology is rapid increase. With people's increased demand andembedded system performance enhancement, the application of Web technologies into embeddedsystems is a hot research topic in the future years. Therefore, in the embedded System to connect toInternet and the use of Web application technology has very important research and application value.This paper describes the realization of embedded Web application key technology and SQLitedatabase, build with ARM9 processor and embedded Linux operating system as the core of thedevelopment platform to research and implement an Embedded Web server. According to the embeddedsystem has a small storage space and processing characteristic of weak, this paper proposed anembedded thin Web server architecture. With the use of Ajax, the original on the server side validationof user input information, processing and so transferred to the relatively resource-rich on the client's PC,thus reducing part of the deal, which requires work on the server, reducing its load; but it will bring theWeb page code is too large, not easy to update and maintain the page. This topic taking use of Ajaxprocessing mechanism will be embedded in the HTML page JavaScript scripts separated, reduce theamount of code Web page, generate a light Web page in favor of the latter part of the maintenance andupdate. According to program elements and SQLite features of analysis and research to achieve theEmbedded Web server embedded in a SQLite. Combined application of CGI completed its extensions,to achieve the client and the Embedded Web server-side dynamic interaction, and successfulapplications in the Embedded Web attendance system.The Embedded thin Web server applications in attendance system, a good attendance to completethe embedded systems connected to the Internet's functional requirements, and satisfy the systemadministrator of the system for remote access and maintenance requirements.
