Abstract/Summary:
With the comprehensive development of smart grid construction work,power users electricity information collection system has been unable to fully meet the needs of smart grid.The power companies can not timely and accurate control of users electricity information for a long time.The domestic power grid shortage and the electricity information system is imperfect.It is not comprehensive for power supply companies and related enterprises to understand the situation of electricity users,which leading to serious waste of energy resources.The intelligent collection of electricity information is very important in the new situation.It is an indispensable part of smart grid construction to design electricity information collection system.This thesis discusses research background and significance of electric information collection system and analyzes the research state at home and abroad.This thesis points out the main content and direction of electric information acquisition system.Based on the actual situation of Gansu Province,this thesis studies the actual needs and business processes of electric information collection system.Combining with the electric information security technology,B/S mode,Java Web development technology and role-based access control technology,this thesis builds a perfect data platform for electric information collection which adopts computer network programming technology.The platform realizes the electricity information collection function,the data management function,the electricity control function,the scene management function and the operation maintenance management function.It realizes the data collection and management of electricity information.In this thesis,the software engineering method is used to analyze the demand information of the electricity information collection system including the service function analysis,the system function requirement analysis and the nonfunctioning demand analysis of the electricity consumption information collection system.In this thesis,the system architecture description,system database design and implementation of each function module are given and the function modules are realized by software programming technology.In this thesis,the relationship between the main classes of the electricity information collection system is given and the software testing method is used to test the function and performance of the electricity information collection system.The test results show that the electricity information collection system achieves the expected effect.Electricity information collection system has achieved real-time power data management for enterprises which restores the loss of income and operational risk.The electricity information collection system can share the data with other business systems,which improves the controllability of the business steps,greatly facilitates the work of the power sector and enhances the electricity safety of enterprises,hospitals,financial organizations and series of key units.At present,the system has been put into use in Gansu power supply company.The system is stable and friendly.It can realize the collection and statistical analysis of electricity consumption.It also solves the electricity control and field terminal equipment management issues.It greatly improves the efficiency of Gansu power supply company and reduces the power supply company’s investment,which achieves the desired goal.The electric information collection system has obtained the good feedback in the data acquisition and the electricity control,which has solved the existing problems of Gansu power supply company.
