Design And Implementation Of Line Loss Management System Based On Electricity Information Collection

With the continuous progress of science and technology and the change of energy development pattern,relying on modern information,communication and control technology of the positive development of the smart grid,it has become a common choice of active international power industry future challenges.Electricity information collection system is an important part of the construction of the smart grid,is the physical basis for the construction of smart grid,the application of advanced sensing,communication and automatic control technology,data acquisition,data management,power quality data statistics and statistical analysis of line loss,timely collection,grasp the user electricity information,electricity abnormal situation for power users,power load monitoring and control,provide technical support for implementation of the price ladder,intelligent charge control marketing strategy.Based on the analysis of the current development of electricity information collection application research status and tendency of the line loss management system,the use of object-oriented software development thought and J2 EE technology,focuses on the system architecture and functional structure,design and development of a line loss management system based on J2 EE function.This paper first describes the development status of the concept and domestic line loss,and loss management,summarizes the basic methods of the theoretical line loss calculation.Then it introduces the system development model and the related technologies,such as the Web application framework based on MVC(model view controller)model in J2 EE platform Struts.Finally,the design and architecture of line loss management system of electricity information collection based on database design,function structure analysis and implement.
