In recent years, electricity engineering cost software has been widely used in the field of electricity engineering cost because of its accurate, easy to adjust, dynamic management and audit. The paper takes the electricity engineering cost software as the research object, according to the electricity engineering specialty, large investment, construction of technical complexity, specialization fine, presents a general development platform of electricity engineering cost software as the main objective, its purpose is to realize the electricity engineering cost software rapidly. This paper describes the research content, design idea and implementation process of universal platform, the main contents are as follows:Firstly, studies the designing scheme of universal platform cost software. Based on the comparative analysis of the existing cost software solutions to summarize the advantages and shortcomings, puts forward the design scheme for the platform that used RCP based on C++ to realize the basic framework, combined with OSGI system to dynamic extend the platform function.Secondly, to analyze and study the main technology which used in platform, including the Service-Oriented Architecture, OSGI architecture, RCP, parallel computing, IOC design pattern, software reuse and automatic upgrade.Thirdly, focuses on the design idea and implementation scheme of universal platform. Combined with the Eclipse RCP application architecture, the design of the C++ RCP which used OSGI to implement plug-run model can improve the scalability of the platform. The design and implementation of SWT which called the localization of the graphics library realizes a friendly user interface; through the UI extension point mechanism to realize the separation of interface and business, enhancing the interactive capabilities of the platform; through the reuse component library, enriching the secondary development of ability and business processing functions for platform; VS wizard-style plug-in enhances the platform’s ease of use.Fourthly, using the design platform to build the distribution network engineering cost software, the paper describes the steps to use universal platform in detail, and verify the actual effect, the results show that the platform has reached the desired research purpose.
