Since the Reform and Opening,the domestic appliance industries continued developing,forming a high concentration market,serious product homogeneity and other characteristics,experiencing from the disorderly towards the process of diversified competition,and showing the features that the production ability enhanced but the profits declined,technological innovation power is obviously insufficient.The traditional industrial model has been unable to adapt the changes in the market.Faced the challenges of the new era,household electrical appliance industries launched an intelligent strategy to promote the intelligent,network,and synergy of home appliances.Household appliance research and development needs a long period of time,including creative incubation,product designing,product manufacturing,product testing,product selling and other steps.Traditional household electrical appliance industries can not link all the effective steps among the various departments of the line in this production cycle,and even there will be mutual constraints of the phenomenon.In order to improve the effective communication among the various departments in the work process,we must control the various risks in the process strictly.In this thesis,we mainly put forward a smart standardized data management system about household appliances product data management business,that is,household appliances product data management system.In this system,product data management considered product data as the core,relying on computer software and database management,and established management practices about the product data life cycle process,so that the design process can be traced back and the use of the same version of the data Sex is guaranteed.Firstly,we analyze the core requirements of product management system,such as material management,document management,EBOM management,change management and cost management,and use UML modeling method to build system requirements and system data.The modeling part of the system is described by using the use case diagram and the activity diagram.We use the ER diagram to illustrate the data modeling part.Besides,the non-functional requirements such as system performance and compatibility are analyzed.Secondly,according to the results of system requirements analysis,we summarize the design of the system,including the system architecture design,network topology design,functional structure design and database design,and use the flow chart and class diagram to explain the detailed design and implementation of the functional modules.Finally,a large number of experiments are used to evaluate the household appliance products data management system.In this thesis,the experiments are divided into system functional experiments and non-functional experiments,functional experiments include material management,document management,EBOM management,change management,non-functional experiments include system performance experiments and compatibility experiments.Experimental results show that the system has achieved the data management needs of the various functions and has met the needs of users.The system is also robust enough to run,so that users can use the system safely.The new product data management system will help to break the barriers existed business collaboration and expand the coverage existed product data management platforms,and improve the depth of service to the business operations,and provide a full range of intelligent Support,as the important support of the entire intelligent strategy.
