Design And Implementation Of Gangtong Company Material Management System

There are many kinds of materials in Gangtong Company,the material management system is a relatively complex and cumbersome system,and the material management process is different.In the material management process of Gangtong Company,a large number of documents need to be processed,which brings difficulties to the material management.At the same time,the rapid development of Gangtong Company also puts forward new requirements for physical management.The managers hope to realize material management system,which can reduce inventory backlog and promote the realization of economic benefits of the company.This paper mainly analyzes the problems in the material management of Gangtong Company,it understands the current material management business of Gangtong Company.It introduces the objectives and contents of the material management system construction,and analyzes the related business and the process of each business in the material management process.It determines the system including warehouse management,warehouse department,location management,spare part,specification,income management,outbound management,outbound review,location change,income query,outbound query,inventory query,and other functions,and completes the system functional requirements analysis and non-functional requirements analysis.After that,this article clarifies the overall architecture of the system and the network deployment,it designs each function in detail.Then,with the J2 EE as development platform,the JAVA as development language and Oracle as database,it implements the port material management system based on the Spring MVC framework and B/S mode.Once the system is implemented,all-round testing and implementation of the system is carried out and put into use.The use of the system realizes the informatization of Gangtong Company material management,realizes the standardization,process and scientific management of materials.It greatly improves the utilization efficiency of the existing materials and equipment,reduces the material management cost of the Gangtong Company,and ensures the normal operation of the Gangtong Company.
