With the rapid development of information technology,such as computer technology and communication technology,office information is more and more popular.At present,due to structural adjustment of tax administration and changes of work content,the existing office software can't satisfy the needs.The lack of unified planning of the office system can not achieve information sharing.In order to meet the scientific management requirements of tax affairs,to improve the efficiency of tax administration,and to realize the effective monitoring of tax law enforcement and sharing of information resources,this paper reorganizes,upgrades and optimizes the administrative office systems used by the tax department and designs the comprehensive office information system of taxation.In order to scientifically design the tax office information system.Firstly,the author carried out the research,analyzed the research background and purpose of this article.At the same time,according to the development history and trend of office information system,the direction and focus of the research are summarized,and the organizational structure of the paper is formed.This paper uses B/S system architecture,Oracle database development platform,while using Java technology to realize the main code programming,using My Eclipse development tools and Java EE development of the technical architecture.Secondly,according to the sectors,the business and the number of users involved in the tax system,the business needs of the comprehensive tax office information system are analyzed,and eight functions are sorted out and integrated,namely,basic information management,work schedules,file management,complaint management,supervision division,information collection,meeting management,and query statistics.According to the different functions,the UML use case diagram is used to analyze the function,and describe it in detail.Thirdly,in accordance with the modular design ideas,four functions,ie file management,conference management,work arrangements,information editing are refined.The file management module,the document management module,the internal document management module,the file management module,the conference management module,the outside conference module,the system conference module,the work arrangement module and the information editing module are designed in detail.The flow diagrams,the class diagrams and the sequence diagrams are respectively used to show business,to show the static structure of module,and to dynamically reflect the relationship between the classes.Finally,the functional and non-functional testing is carried out after the completion of a system design.In the functional testing phase,case diagrams and implement interface maps are used for testing.In the non-functional testing phase,concurrency test and reliability test are selected.After testing,every function module designed can meet the needs of system design and well realize the corresponding function.The response time and reliability of the system can comply with the requirements.The design of integrated tax office information system can meet the tax staff's daily work demands,which can bring convenience to the work arrangements,post management,information operation and other work of the tax department.The system is considered to be approved by the tax staff.
