Currently, office automation has occupied an important position and played a greatrole in the global large enterprises. By the way of office automation application,enterprises can make employees complete the work conveniently, quickly andefficiently to meet the requirements of improving the competitiveness and modernizingmanagement of enterprises. Technical specification files information managementsystem, part of office automation, is the integrated office system offered to thetechnology workers in Tianwei New Energy Holdings.The development of this system is based on the actuality of Silicon technologydepartment of Tianwei New Energy Holdings. Now, this company has many problems,such as the lack of unified and safe technical information platform, employee’sinefficiency, incomplete filing and purchased software’s failure to meet its qualifications.Therefore, in technology, this system adopts JAVA as the major programming languagesand Flex as the foreground, integrates lots of technologies such as frameworks for Webdevelopment, popular B/S mode for Web engineering and MVC architectural patterns.In the function, it possesses three sub-module: the first is user-authority moduledefining staff’s powers of modifying and consulting, the second is personnelmanagement module perfecting departments staff’s personal information and password,the third is data management module involving to the setting of a benchmarking database, the delimitation of a range value of contrast data, data entry and documentmanagement; the forth is date analysis module achieving the relevant work of the costof old-new experiments, the analysis of quality and the exception investigation ofprocess and equipment.This thesis, firstly, expounds the background and meaning of the development ofTechnical specification files information management system of Tianwei New EnergyHoldings, then, goes into details of the important technology needed to cover in thedevelopment. Later, it accomplishes the requirements analysis’s work via the deeprequirement study about the users of this system. Moreover, it models with thefunctional requirements of UML, designs the overall architecture, function module and data base in detail, and finally finish the coding of Technical specification filesinformation management system. In the end, this system is functionally tested so as toobtain high system performance and reliability. This system is able to deal with theissues of Silicon technology department of Tianwei New Energy Holdings, for instance,personnel management, experiment data management, cost analysis of technology,quality analysis of products, exception investigation and document management.
