With the development of the times,the traditional model of office in tax system,people can't keep up with the pace of work efficiency,especially the performance tracking and management of the file transfer file is particularly prominent.Through artificial way,not only the efficiency is low,it is difficult to find the file transfer to which jobs will affect even more to work as breakthrough the existing office mode will be very important.Based on this,the Baoji Municipal Local Taxation Bureau in accordance with the State Administration of Taxation,tax administration and tax standard three "integration" principle,through on-the-spot investigation,the organization developed a line with the actual needs of the tax system of office automation software.The tax office system is mainly used to achieve file management related to office automation,including sending and receiving files,save and query and other business documents,a series of business processing can complete the document,the implementation of monitoring,support file process monitoring and statistical analysis,and more to improve the work efficiency.In the demand analysis stage,this thesis analyzes and describes the system requirements from both functional and non-functional aspects.According to learning the relevant discipline inspection and supervision,we list the functional and non-functional requirements.In functional demand analysis,we use UML technology to model the business of tax department performance management.The system is divided into file management,work arrangement,information editing module.The file management is mainly processing issued by the Bureau of external documents,receiving registration documents,and the previous file is stored.The main work for subordinate work arrangements,a channel of communication.Information collection is the main information examination and approval.Non-functional requirements analysis consists of system performance and compatibility.In addition,the paper also gives the data modeling in the modeling process based on relational database paradigm third constraints on the modeling process,effectively avoid the redundant information in the database and data update data inconsistency,E-R graph model of the system is given.In the architecture design,our tax office system adopts the B/S architecture.In the process of system development,we use Struts2 MVC development framework in J2 EE development environment.In detail the function of the design and implementation process,this paper puts forward a system function design,and then based on the program flow diagram and sequence diagram to describe the specific function of the system,the specific functions of the system include: file management,work arrangement,information integration and information service.In the part of system testing,we test the functions of system based on the black box testing method.In addition,the pressure test software is used to test the whole system performance,and the method and results of the pressure test are given.Meanwhile,compatibility test is also given.The results of module test and nonfunctional test show that the performance management information system design and implementation of the tax department can meet the performance management of the tax department at the provincial level within the administrative area of business needs,achieved the design goal.At present the tax office system has been successful on-line,and realize the interaction and upload documents issued by the function,but also better to solve the problem of tracking file management,greatly facilitate the daily work of tax personnel,and promote the development of the tax office information,contributing to the development of smart tax.Up to now,the system every day thousands of files transfer,storage of documents more than 10 copies.
