These days,accounting firms can provide professional accounting advisory audit services and therefore occupy an important position.Since its involving business continues to grow and becomes more and more complicated,it's necessary for the firms to build a more comprehensive integrated business management mechanism.In the integrated business management system for Decheng Certified Public Accountants Co.,Ltd,one of its biggest flaws is the lack of convenience as well as the low efficiency of financial problems.Therefore,it decides to adopt information technique and develop an integrated business management system that is suitable for the firm.During the development,it adopts MyBatis,Spring MVC framework and Oracle 11g database,etc.Framework technology is mainly for the various levels included in the system technology architecture,showing by data persistence and business processing.The aforementioned framework has the characteristics of lightweight,integrated multiple components and so on.Among all the versions of Oracle database,11g is more extensive at the moment and can effectively guarantee the security of system business data.In the system,it mainly achieves the management of firms' daily businesses,such as human resources,projects and receivables,etc.As for human resources,it includes training information and contacts information,etc.As for customer information,it mainly is included in the customer management function.In the project management function,it's mainly for the process of project information,business letters and business reports,etc.In the file management function,it includes borrowing and returning of file.In the receivables management function,its core business is receivables and registration.In the finance management function,it's mainly for loan applying.In the reports statistics management,it includes all the kinds of reports that maybe used in all the projects and finance in the firm.The running of the system has played a key role in improving the quality control of Decheng Certified Public Accountants Co.,Ltd.It promotes the communication and interaction among various staff and improves the coordination of intersectorals.What's more,it significantly improves the convenience of various business links,compared to the traditional way,which improves the working efficiency in the firm.At the same time,cooperation with customers can also be consolidated,creating a favorable factor to open up the scope of business.
