The Design And Realization Of The Internship Management System In Higher Vocational Colleges

Nowadays,colleges and universities are more and more closely cooperating with various enterprises,and numerous students are arranged to perform internships in major enterprises.Recently,the participation of vocational colleges in the internship of enterprises has shown a rapid rise,which has brought great difficulties to the management of the school.Therefore,it has become the focus of research to solve management problems in various vocational colleges with the purpose of the smooth management of students’ work and alleviate the problem of resource waste and efficiency in the management work of the school.This study develops a set of management system related to students’ internships by the way of combining the relevant problems of the internship in the vocational college where the author has been worked and computer theory knowledge and practical techniques.Through the preliminary understanding of the requirements and demanding analysis of internship management systems,a total of five functional modules,with the target of working together to complete the various management functions of the system,have been established for the internship systems,respectively including Basic Information Processing,Post Training,Data Statistics,System Management,and System Setting.The technology adopted in this study is mainly the LAMP development platform based on the PHP language environment.The whole system adopts B/S three-tier architecture,which is realized by dynamic web design and MySQL database technology.The system with simple interface is convenient to use because it realizes both the interaction of homework and information interaction between teachers and students,which can facilitate to communication and statistics.Finally,after testing and running in the colleges,the problem of students not being able to find internships and the labor intensity of the relevant management personnel are solved.By this,it has greatly improved the efficiency of the entire management work,the system functioned well and has achieved the expectations of the research.
