Design And Realization Of Financial Reimbursement System In Colleges And Universities

Through investigation and study,found that the existing management system of colleges and universities in our country,most are about the teaching quality,fixed assets,such as category,and can provide financial efficient management system for the college teachers are few and far between.In the traditional mode,the teaching staff adopts the method of manual reimbursement,which has many problems.First,the staff needs to fill in many documents,and the bill is also a small expense.Secondly,it is inefficient to handle the expenses.Every time the reimbursement work needs to be examined and approved,the reimbursement business will be put on hold if there is a business trip.Third,it is impossible to control funds effectively,and can't grasp whether the reimbursement amount exceeds the capital plan.So,an important problem in front of university management work is the use of network information transmission technology to realize remote information synchronous updates,construction of colleges and universities financial reimbursement online system,realize the financial work by artificial processing to computer processing.As a result,designed to achieve a college financial reimbursement online system is particularly important,can reduce the financial department employee's work pressure,will also be the management cost greatly reduced,bring more profits for it.Colleges and universities in the future to deal with the financial reimbursement program will be more and more complicated,which requires the design of university financial reimbursement online system can deal with all kinds of financial work efficient and fast,and includes scientific optimization module partition.This paper mainly deals with the design and implementation of financial online reimbursement system.The system is analyzed and designed in the following four aspects: the overall demand analysis,the detailed system design,the overall system test and the summary prospect.The main contents are as follows:(1)the basic business demand for financial reimbursement online system of colleges and universities,mainly through and universities financial staff to interview,including managers and employees work of inventory,decided after the system of the whole process,the business requires a detailed analysis of the system using UML tools,complete functional and nonfunctional requirements of the overall system.(2)the university financial reimbursement online system based on B/S mode,the design and implementation of the system development process is from the bottom up,high efficiency,high security,development is simple and easy to deploy into four major advantages of using J2 EE technology.The extensibility and protection of the system have been improved after the MVC framework has been stripped of pages and programs.(3)of the university financial reimbursement online system after the system implementation for the detailed implementation and functional testing,and in the process,using the two technologies: SQL Server 2008 database and the ASP.NET language,use of each function module partition method in this paper,the realization of each function module interface and write code.For each function module of the system is using black box testing method in detail the comprehensive test,if the test result can achieve the desired effect,can determine the requirements analysis phase function is complete,can undertake the production practice.
